As most of you know, Byron Behne will be leaving us to work in Walla Walla. His last day will be Friday, May 24. Byron has been an important member of our management team and he will be missed. To send him off properly, we are having a get-together at 4:00 pm this Friday afternoon at the Odessa Union shop (behind the office). Please feel free to stop by and wish him well.

Hard White Wheat Protein Scales:
Due to the low protein levels produced by this year's weather we've been forced to introduce protein scales on Hard White Wheat. The scales will be as follows: 11% to 12% no premium/no discount. Under 11% and over 12% the HRW premiums and discounts will apply. Check with your local office for current protein scales.
